Fixed-price monthly HSE reporting for WA contractors. Clients send exports. They get a KPI workbook, a report pack, and an AI narrative flagged where uncertain. A person checks every figure. Processed in Australia.

Practical walkthroughs for safety, site and reporting work. Checked by a human. New video every Wednesday at 6 pm AWST from 21 October. Bilby Flats Contracting is the fictional company used throughout.

Selective systems work
A small amount of EHS platform configuration, data migration, dashboards, and draft-only AI assistants for regulated workflows. Mostly by referral. Cap kept low so month-end clients stay covered.

Seventeen years on safety systems
Configuration, migration, SQL reporting and dashboards for some of Australia's largest miners, utilities, retailers and government agencies. One enterprise EHS platform lineage for most of that time.

Ran a business before this
Computer and mathematical sciences at UWA. Software engineering at Fujitsu. A year on core banking systems in London. A food franchise in my twenties with about 40 staff. Then the farm.

About
I work from a small farm in WA's Southern Forests.
Cattle, bees, timber. Remote-first, with site visits when the work needs it. The distance from the office suits a job that is mostly getting the numbers right and keeping sensitive data onshore.
Point of view, unchanged: AI in safety-critical work should do the paperwork, not make the decisions. Data sovereignty is a requirement, not a feature. Dashboards should answer the questions leaders actually ask.
